novell abend on PL8500

novell 4.11 reported: SMP break at because of non-maskable interrupt current focus process. click ESC, return to DOS platform. restart the server, resume to normal. i afraid that it may appear again next time. who have the experience and colud shart to us? thanks a lot!

We need to do the following operation :
1) Update the latest BIOS
2) Update the Proliant support pack for same.
