onboard Network adapter not detected

i have a HP ProLiant ML150 G3 Server and windows 2003(32bit) is installed. suddenly ond day my server had lost onboard network adapter and when i try to reinstall form HP cd which is provided with server i get error network adapter not found or detected.

Please Help Me if anyone know

hi Jitendra

are you having the issue with the 2 ports?

are you using Network configuration utility?

can you see the NIC card on device manager?

did you try updating the firmware and driver again?
