original configuration as shipped from HP
Is there a method to search on HP website with the Serial number to see the original configuration that HP shipped the server?

Re: original configuration as shipped from HP
Not with the serial number but the model number or PID on the same label should give you this. Should be XXXXXX-XXX
Look up the Quickspecs for the model ie DL380 G5 or whatever it is then scroll down to the different models that are available...
Thanks,
Mark...

Re: original configuration as shipped from HP
Thanks, Mark... but I do not need the standard config for a particular model/product but the config as shipped from HP, memory, additional PCIe cards, #drives/size, etc.for this particular s/n.

Re: original configuration as shipped from HP
You dont normally get drives or additional cards shipped in a server they are optional extras...
