p-Class C-GbE2 Interconnect Switch running at 91% CPU

what is the cause of the switch running at 91%. Can I show which task is using the much CPU?

All ports are belonged to VLAN 1, and port 17-18 are trunked between 2 Interconnect switch

Trunk group 1: Enabled
port state:
17: STG 1 forwarding
18: STG 1 forwarding


port 19 on each interconnect switch is uplinked to Cat4500 (acting as a routers).
