patirty check error

Hi, excsue my spelling, i am not so good in english. I own a PROLIANT 1600, P2 400mhz, 256 SDRAM ( 128, 64, 64). I installed on it XP, WIN 200 PRO and 2000 SERVER, but every time i got this error: PRITY CHECK ERROR/MEMORY CHECK ERROR, CALL.... can someone tell me what is the problem?? And one additional question, how can i enter in bios on that server. Thank You

Open it up and reseat the memory.

Hi Tenye:

Install just two of each of the memory sticks... for example two of the 64MB. Does the error still happen?
They must be 100Mhz SDRAM DIMM's.

Gently clean the contacts of the memory with an eraser.
When does the problem happen ? (Boot, running or shutdown).

Try pressing F1 or F2 on bootup to access bios. (I'm not that familiar with your unit)
