pci to usb card

Hello,
I have a Proliant DL580 G1 server which has windows 2003 server + SP1 installed. The server does not have any USB ports so I bought myself usb 2. pic card. (code: SW-U-2PC120) when I plugged the card and started the server and ran the hardware scan, the server did not recognize the card and it does not show under devide manager and no usb ports are present. How can I get it to work. Any idea ?? Please advise. Thanks

Whats the Card Specification?
Looks like the card is not detected by the system.
DL580G1 has the following PCI slots.
2-64-bit/66-MHz PCI 3.3 Volt Only
2-64-bit/33-MHz PCI 5 Volt or 3.3 Volt
1-64-bit/33-MHz PCI 5 Volt or 3.3 Volt
1-32-bit/33-MHz PCI 5 Volt Only
Try placing the card in the appropriate pci slot.
