performance issue

i use a proliant DL380 server some time he show the abnormal behavior only mouse cursol working all other oprations just like hang.
Run the HP proliant hardware diagnostic utility rsult all ok.CPU and memory usege normal.

If it locks how you see: CPU and memory usage normal
Had you set a task? Or TM is open

NIC Driver & System management Driver up to date ?
