can you provide more information?
You've installed the drive in the proper drive carrier?
When running the array configuration utility, the P410i doesn't see an unassigned drive?
Are you just installing the drive and expecting it to show as available in the OS?

Re: problem usehuc109060css600 SAS drive on HP DL380 G7 server
Hello,
Exactly so - When running the array configuration utility, the P410i doesn't see an unassigned drive
Next I buy other SAS HDD - HUC156060CSS200. Only one difference is - this new is 15 K RPM.
This immediately - when I put this in the server I see this in the array configuration utility, the P410i and can create new Logical drive.
First I see unassigned drives, ...
But with HUC109060CSS600 I see not any unassigned drives
Regards
