problem while installetion

When server starts copying nt file form nt cd after configuring server thru smart start it gives an error "txtsetup.oem is not found on cd.contact your system administrator."

I don't want to alarm you but, when I had this problem I had to replace the motherboard, by all means try another windows cd but i tried 4 different cd's including win2000. I changed from using the intergrated controller to using a 2DH, then a 3200, 4200 array controller. the only thing i could think of was that an i/o controller had gone west.
