Re: problem wil HP DL385 G2
update everything Proliant support pack 8.0 as well as firmware CD 8.0
and check your PCI cards or slots either a PCI card or slot might be failing and is causing that issue. so reseat your PCI cards, try PCI cars in other slots, or try server with no PCI cards the idea is to drill down which components is causing that
drivers/firmware
PCI cards
or slots

Re: problem wil HP DL385 G2
At this moment were experiencing the same problems with a DL385, W2K3 SP2 R2 x64 and/or 32 bit, 4 GB RAM, 2x CPU 2220,
HP PCI riser(2x PCI-x, 1x PCI-e), PSP 8.11
In slot 5(PCI-x) is an Adaptec 39320A card.
When we are starting a robocopy job or a job with vice versa PRO a BSOD will appear.(See Attachment). Within the integrated management log the only error is a
"PCI Bus Error (Slot 5, Bus 5, Device 0, Function 0)"
All Hardware has been replaced for new hardware but still having the same errors and Blue screens.

Re: problem wil HP DL385 G2
Sorry for the late reaction, server is still up and running, after replacing the riserboard, thanks a lot.
