problem with Proliant ml110 g3
i have proliant g3 and i can't instal sata driver with usb flesh drive i do not have floppy drive usb wht sho i do

Well, first you have to download the driver and copy it to a floppy drive. Then, boot from the wincd, f6 and install the driver. Not all floppy drives work properly with this server. Better use an HP-USB-floppy drive.

There are many threads in this forum, discussing the same.
You have option :
1) to use nLITE software from http://www.nliteos.com/
2) Install OS without RAID & after OS installation >> Convert to RAID !

This is slightly off topic but, as supplied, the ML110 ( G2, G3 & G4 ) have only a single DIMM memory module installed.
This reduces the CPU-memory performance by half and reduces the overall system performance by 10-25%
If you install matched pairs of DIMMs - in the correct sockets - you will improve the performance of the complete system.
