problem with installation windows server 2008

today my company buyed hp proliant dl380 g8. i configure RAID 10 with my disks. i puts installation DVD with windows server 2008 enterprise sp2, but the server doesn’t boot from dvd. the dvd is bootable. i used provisioning but i can’t choose dvd, i receive option for network, usb, ftp. in bios first boot device is cd room but it’s not work. why? can i install windows manual without hp tools and how?

my server have twor raid controller: first integrated on motherboard, the second installed and on them attached four disks where i'm crated raid10. i'm disabled integrated raid maybe my dvd rom doesn't boot because of this reason
