problem with tape drive hp dat 160 scsi internal on my proliant ml350p gen8
My company has purchased the proliant ml350p gen8 storage server with hp dat160 scsi internal tape drive. i installed windows server 2008 standard over hp provisioning and all works ok, but i have problem with tape drive. i installed last driver from hp site and i see device in device manager but i can't use them. when i use hp library and tape tools i receive message like on picture which i attached on post.
i used software third party but nothing.
pls help me

Have you stopped the Removable Storage Manager service in Windows?
