problemas con horario hp gen9

Hello everyone
I just bought an HP ProLiant server gen9 Windows Server 2012 I do not have any program installed over the windows, the problem is that time is modified by itself with a forward 5 hours I correct in (bios and windows) but this it is further modified.
Need urgent help please

This error occurs on Windows Server 2012, Windows 10, Windows 8 and does not happen in windows 7

Maybe an incorrect timezone setting?

There is also a timezone setting in UEFI/BIOS.
