processor mixing

Hi team,

Can we have a ML530 server configured with a xeon 1Ghz processor and 933 Mhz working.
Is processor mixing of such a configuration supportedIf yes what are the guidelines to be followed for the same.

yes it can work IF the cache on both procs is the same...you can mix procesors but not processor caches
