proliant 1600 giving error 101 I/O Rom error

we are facing problem with proliant 1600 server , when we install Raid card 221 or 2DH it detect properly but it shows error..

"101 I/O ROM ERROR"
OR
"PARITY 2 DIMM ERROR"
after that server is hang.

PLS give me proper step by step solution.

Have you tried installing the SmartArray Controller in another PCI Slot?

Then, please re-run and save your configuration using the System Configuration Utility from your SmartStart CD or from your System Partiton (F10).
