proliant 2500 bi proc but only one proc is see by system

I try install 2003 server or also XP on my proliant 2500 bi -proc p pro 200 256ko but the system see only one proc is see by windows. But the bios of the proliant see good the 2 processors. I can't change the "pc standard" in manager of peripherals because i have only pc standrad when i try change driver. Can you help me please ?

I have seen this before and know this will sound strange. Remove the second cpu and start the system. Let it go to the desktop and fully load. Then shut down and install the second processor. Start up and windows should find it.

Hi Bonnier,

Windows 2003 is not supported on this Server as per OS Matrix.
