proliant 3000 server fan

I have a proliant 3000 server with a bad chassis fan. If I could get it started long enough to remove a few files and remove from my tree(novell) I could forget about it. Is there a way to get past the automatic shut down when it detects the bad fan at startup?

i Dont think so there is a option to bypass it
