proliant 6000 raid error

We have an Proliant 6000 running SuSE Linux Pro 8.0 and now after the replacment of one of the 18.2 GB disk in a raid5 array on the 3100ES controller the array somehow isnt rebuilt automatically and every few minutes the kernel reports this error:
kernel: Non Fatal error on ida/c0d2
Also after rebooting and trying to rebuild the array with the F2 key the green LED on the drive still isnt light up. Also the whole array is in "Warten auf Neuherstellung" mode when looked at with the array configuration utility cpqacuxe.
Can anybody help - if you want in german, too :-)
