proliant 6500

Hi I have a problem with a proliant 6500, the 3200 raid controller had to be replaced, which i did ok, then 1 of the disks failed, went into interim recovery, however the machine came up with an error and rebooted itself, then had a stop error inaccesible boot device, now the system comes up with drive array not configured, run configuration utility, when attempting this it only recognises 1 drive, is there anyone who can help? please.

What did you replace the 3200 controller with?
