proliant ML 370

My proliant ML370 server keeps going amber after it is on for a while, this is indicated on the power button.the light just stays amber but when i remove the power button and return it, it comes on again and goes amber after some hours.PLS CAN SOMEONE HELP WITH THIS.

What generation of the ML370 do you have?
What is the status of the power supplies at the back?
