My server is slow when install any application. Any exist of benchmark for this server?

What operating system are you running? Are you at the latest Compaq Support Pack for the ML570 G2?
Please include more specifics if possible.

This is a windows 2003 enterprise server and I install recentely a last psp. Do you have any another idea??

My slow time is especially when I install a software. For exemple ... recentely I've install adobe reader 6.0... so it take approximatively 1 hours to install it. So when the software run, it run at a normal speed. I have two server. One is a proliant 570 g2 w2k3 and the second is a proliant 570 w2k. Both server have lastest PSP, Windows Update and lastest SP and are slow time when install any software. Any idea??

1. Use the Windows Performance Monitor to see if any process is using up resources.

2. Check the status of your hard drives for fragmentation and errors.
