The fan speed is controlled by the Proliant support pack drivers. You did not mention, which ml330 G you have, so no direct link for this machine. You might try this:

As recommended installed the latest firwmare on the machine and the latest PSP ( proliant support pack )


Amigo, ve a la pagina de software and drivers de HP, y bajate el ultimo software para hardware y el PSP, esto usualmente ayuda. Si no funciona, abrete una llamada de Hardware a HP para ver que pueden hacer ellos.
