proliant service pack error
I have 2 ML350p gen 8 servers running windows server 2008R2 that i'm trying to update using the last proliant service pack :
P19089_001_SPP-2019.03.1-SPP2019031.2019_0425.6.ISO (5.66 GB)
after inventory , i receive the following warning :
Deploy may encounter issues due to the following warning(s):
To proceed with the updates using this baseline at your own risk, select Ignore Warnings option.

This SPP is for Gen9/10 only.
Go to
https://spp.hpe.com/custom for Gen8 SPP.

yes, You need to run SPP 8.1 for Gen8 servers
