question about upgrading/expanding

I have a Proliant  DL380 G4 loaded with (6) ultra 320 scsi drives. I was looking to expand my storage space and I saw a HP 70 Modular Smart Array (used) for sale.

 

Since I've been out of the game for a while. What would be the cheapest smart array controller that would be able to handle the array for a raid 5 configuration?

Per quickspecs, the only controller listed for both the DL380 G4 and the MSA 70 is:
P600 controller - 337972-B21
