SolutionI've seen this issue several times so:
- Remove any attached device to the server.
(storage, ...)
- and try this
Once the files are extracted (from PSP .exe file) look for file name: bp000344.cmd and double click on it.
The setup will run in a command prompt window.
- update Firmware CD.

Can you please reattach the hpsum files from the discovery failed session? The file that is currently attached doesn't see mto be a valid zip file.
