"Host is unnamed"

"Host is unnamed" is displayed when I log into the web-interface to the remote insight card. Searching the FAQ for information has been fruitless. What exactly is the "host" that it wants to be named and where does it need to be set? The Remote-Insight card has a name. The SCO server that it is installed in has a hostname. Is it trying to grab the name of the machine that I am logged in from (which is behind a firewall) and unable to? Is the card unable to get the UNIX hostname from the server which it is installed in? Not a big deal but I'd like to know what it is looking for.

Thanks
