What means " no possibility to be loaded or enter in BIOS" ???

Does the server boot?

The TPM (trusted platform module) is optional, you may check if it is installed and also check connectivity.

Hope this helps!

The system says Entering setup ... but nothing happens. The server will not boot. I tried to boot from SmartCD, but only succeeds if you turn off hard disks. Trying to make a full system reset. I look forward to the result.

There was a problem with smartstart:

but not related to TPM. The TPM is only used for drive encryption and should not prevent boot for unencrypted drives - IMHO.

Hope this helps!

TPM was innocent. The culprit HDD Seagate Barracuda ST3250318AS, it is HP VB0250EAVER. But there was not a single error message from the wonderful brand server. The question is, why should I then buy HP if you can buy a platform from Intel and Supermicro, cost less, the same result.
