"sytem halted no input data" on ML350 G2

Hi,

Client has a Ml 350 g2 loaded with mandrake 9.10. Installation goes 100%, but when it reboots it comes up with a "sytem halted no input data" error & just hangs there.
Any one have any clue what this means, or even whether its a hardware or software issue. BTW same client has another 350 with same installation running ok.
