Since you have configured RAID 1, in Windows you will see only 1 drive (logical), and not 2 two physical hard drives. When you use two drives for RAID 1, it results in 1 logical drive of 146 GB. So in Windows Disk Management you see only 1 drive (there will be no mention about RAID, since it has been configured outside Windows).
