reboot with no explication

i've 3 DL380, nt4 fr sp6a, and they're reboot with no crachdebug, no shutdown, etc....
You work on the console, and the screen becama black, the server reboot and ok;
the message on the log as "The Compaq System Management Driver has detected that the system encountered an NT bugcheck prior to this boot. The bugcheck data was: STOP: 0x0000000A (0x00000000, 0x00000002, 0x00000001, 0xF11FFD4A)".
we've changed the server, the alim, the rack, etc.....

have you tried re-installing NT? this is a software issue..swapping out hardware will not resolve this issue...
