recreating mirror for deployment. need help quick

I am going to be starting a rollout of DL320 G6 servers soon. Previously, with the G5's I would simply mirror the drives, configure the software, remove one of the drives and insert it into a new G5 and del/recreate mirror. Rinse and repeat...

I was able to basically roll out all of our servers this way fairly quickly.

I now have the DL320 G6 and I am trying to accomplish the same feat. However, when I insert the OS drive into a new box and recreate the volume Server 2003 splash screen appears and just reboots over and over.

I need help because these need to be ready fairly soon... any ideas?
