replacement of failed HDD (3G/6G and 1 port/ dual port)

Dear all,
I have HP ML370 G5 Server with 3 numbers of HDD raid-array setup(HP 146GB 3G Serial SCSI 10k SFF 2.5" 1 port 431958-B21 Spare NO: 432320-001). Now one of HDD failed and need to replace, but only found from our vendor is ( HP 146GB 6G SAS 10K SFF 2.5" Dual Port Enterprise 507125-B21)

There are two things different external data transfer rate 3G/6G and 1 port/ dual port. Can I mix this new HDD with existing HDDs.

Thanks in advance.

Hi,

You can use a combination dualport and singleport. but experience performance problems.
