resetting login/password for System Management Homepage?

have 3 dl320 we just promoted as domain controllers for AD.

We cant seem to be able to log onto the system management page anymore (locally or network)

how can we reset the login/password?

If you are using the latest version of SMH - SMH 2.0 then it uses OS authentication to login. Since you recently did a promotion to domain controller you no need to use the domain as part of the credentials. So instead of "Administrator" you would use something like "mydomain\Administrator". You might try that and see if that helps,

What version of SMH are you using? The version will be listed towards the bottom of the login screen.

Hi nic,

Since you have upgraded this server to AD, you can try to acess with the Domain administartor's Username & Password...

If this fails. then

Reinstall the SMH...
