restore ghost on different part number of HP server's Product

dear all,

i usually backup the server's system using ghost (there is 1 server as spare) but for some reason, the server spare used for production and now we will buy new one but the server available is different part number with our server. the our server's part number are 458562-371 but the new server's part number available is 492205-371.
can i restore ghost from different part number?

Based on what I found on internet both are HP ProLiant DL380 G5 Servers with different CPU, so I think it should be possible.
