How can I upgrade the compaq server diagnostics on ProLiant3000?

Hello XEM,
Please create system configuration disks(SP19619) from the following link:
http://h18007.www1.hp.com/support/files/server/us/download/13227.html
You would need four formatted floppies. Once COLD booted from the first diskette it would ask you to upgrade system partition or do not upgrade system partition. You would choose the first option which is upgrade the system partition. That would do the trick. This is assuming you have System partition on the system.
