There is a ProLiant DL160 Gen8 server.
After installing the Ram card, the frequency fell to 1067 MHz.
Help to understand the problem

What other RAM cards do you have installed? It says in the quickspecs for the DL160 G8

that "For maximum speed on some memory options on 16 DIMM slots may be populated" and that the memory configurator tool will give you more details.
