server reboots unexpectedly

2 servers started rebooting 2 days ago at roughly the same time. +- 5 min. They kept rebooting until a shutdown power-off restart was done. They rebooted again today. Both are running Citrix PS4 advanced server 2003 with current patches, Terminal services and Mcaffee 8 with current superdat(4845).

Dual processor DL380 G4
