server restarts

Hi
One of my server ML 350 g5 have problem that the server restarts daily two or three times. The error message is,
"New error
STOP : 0x00000077(0xc000000E, 0xc000000E,0x00000000,0x028B3000). What is the problem? please help me.

Another possible solution might be this, there were problems with some of the drivers for the iLO2.
