slow 4k write/read with mixed use sad in storage spaces direct 2016

We are experiencing very slow write in benchmarks. Copying between virtual servers is also only appx 50 MB/S.

2-node storage spaces direct, 10 Gb network card, 4X 800GB Mixed use with mirror storage spaces direct in server 2016.

The red performance is excellent and virtual servers boot in 2-4 seconds. But write is terrible slow.

Runnin p440 ar in HBA mode.
