smart array 532 card and hp ml350 g2 problems

i have a hp proliant ml 350 g2 server installed
a smart array 532 controller card
when it boots from smartstar cd 7.0 or 5.0 , it stopped at--- loading drivers
i have tried to do some solutions from this website http://h18007.www1.hp.com/support/files/storage/us/download/22517.html

but can not solve the problem
please help me
