smart start hanging?

I am trying to install w2k server and when the smart start cd tries to access the system configuration utility it just hangs there. It is not trying to access the cd and all the lights on the hard drives are off.

The system worked before. I just did a system erase and now I can't access that utility.

I've also tried to install with the boot disks but when I try to access the SCU it says it can't read the disk.

Can someone please tell me what's going on?

I'm wondering if you have any other SmartStart CD's to try.

Once I took out some extra memory, and the process kept going. Afterward I threw the memory back in and everthing was happy (this was around Version 4.x)

I'm using 4.8. The weird thing is I used it the day before and it worked, and when I erased the system the next day it wouldn't.

Also, is there somewhere I can downloand the system configuration utility on floppy.
