smartstart 7.10 and ML370G4

Hello, I'm having problems installing a ML370g4 with smartstart 7.10.
The problem occurs after windows 2003 has been installed and the support pack is being installed. During installation the installation process hangs on cp004185.exe (HP ProLiant Rack Infrastructure Interface Service for Windows 2000/Server 2003
version 1.18.2195.0 (18 Jun 04)
When I read the description of this pack the supported systems are ProLiant BLades and it requires the installation of the Compaq Integrated Lights-Out Management Interface Driver for Windows 2000. The ILO card has been disabled in the bios. Instead of a ILO card a RILOE II card is used and enabled.
Has someone experienced the same problem? And how to overcome the problem without upgrading martstart 7.10 to a higher version and without enabling the ILO card?

If you willing to keep on 7.10 (instead 7.20) simply download PSP 7.10 to Folder, find file cp004185.exe and delete it.
