teaming creation failure

We've got a cluster made of two DL580G2 .
Each node has 3 Gb NICs.
On one node there's no way to create a team between two nics .

The latest rompaq has been installed ( 6.20 ) .
We tried to uninstall ( from device manager ) the two NICs and reboot.

When we try to create the TEAM the following error shows " Team creation error "

However an additional miniport driver is created , but disconnected
