teaming driver

I get blue screen after install teaming driver on startup.

assuming that you are installing Windows NT 4.0, you may not want to set up nic teaming until you have installed the service pack. Note: you have to be at service pack 3 or higher in order to successfully configure nic teaming under NT 4.0.
