there are no configurable physical drives attached to the current array controller
Hi
Yesterday I just bought a new proLiant DL380 G9 Server and 2x SAS 300GB 10K (SN: 653955).
When I run the Array Configuration Utility, I get the following message:
"There are no configurable physical drives attached to the current array controller"
Does anybody has the same behavior?

Re: there are no configurable physical drives attached to the current array controller
I would first check if the drives are attached to the RAID controller or probabyl are connected to the onboard (non-RAID) controller. Secondly I would run the latest SPP to update firmware/BIOS of the server (if not already done).

What is the product ID (part number) of the server you ordered. If the server is an entry level model it has an embedded B140i which only supports SATA drives.
