we have one HP ProLiant DL380 G6,
Can any one tell me how can i check the part number of the machine remotely.(ILO)

I don't believe you can.

You can get a lot of information, from Insight diagnostics.
You could try that.

Thanks for your reply, i dont have any GUI session for taking the output, I have to take through command.
I am searching for a command in ILO which can tell me the part numbers

Hi Laiju,

You can get the system information using ILO command line interface.

there have been many ways you can extract the server information including serial and product no.

HPONCFG
cpqlocfg
Shell scripting
perl scripting
RIBCL XML Scripting

check the ILO commandline user guide it also has some readymade script which can help you retrieve the system info.
