How can I turn it off without an OS on there? There doesn't appear to be a shutdown option from smartstart, just reboot.
Can I just hit the button safely?

SolutionThere should be an "exit" button at the top of the diagnostics as well as from SmartStart. When you exit SmartStart, the CD should eject and the server will reboot.
