Hi,

Check USB stick in any other BIOS machine and see if its boots up ? just to confirm its bootable or not ?

Try using RUFUS / UNetbootin tool to make USB bootable,

I feel both these tools are quite handy for creating USB bootable.

https://rufus.ie/

http://unetbootin.sourceforge.net/

use (MBR/BIOS and FAT settings)

Hope this helps!
