unattended bios upgrade on a DL145 (G1)

I'm trying to do a unattended BIOS upgrade of a DL145 G1, however the instructions on the image does not seem to work. I always end up getting the "usage" of rompaq.exe.

Does anyone have working instructions for doing an unattended bios uppgrade to 4.08?
